I'm not seeing any stars on my guiding screen and somebody suggested the guiding portion is not in focus. Is that the case? If so how do I focus the guide portion of the camera?
The camera has a guider focuser knob. It may well be out of focus, and focusing will fix it. Here's a pic to help. It's the silver knob at the top. (This is the duo version of the camera, but your Air has the same knob).
