So I have been having a weird issue with my ASIAir plus (AA+) either shutting off randomly, or not turning on. I have narrowed down the issue to only when I have my dew heaters plugged into the DC 12V ports. I have 2 SVBony dew heaters, they are the USB ones, and I have removed the temperature controller they come with and used a USB to dc 2.1 x 5.5mm adapter. That being said I have 2 separate heaters plugged into 2 separate DC ports on the AA+. I have one heater set at 40% and the other at 20%(I thought it was related initially). If I have them both or a single one plugged in, sometimes when I turn on the AA+ the device will never "beep" to signal it is powered on, when I check, all the LEDs turn off within 5 seconds. If I unplug the heaters from the AA+ it turns on just fine, and once its on, I can plug the heaters right back in and they will start buzzing like normal. The past two night after setting up, getting polar aligned, focused, guiding setup etc, randomly during my session, I lose connection, only to realize the AA+ wifi network is gone. I go outside and the switch is still on, but no lights on the AA+. Is there something hardware related wrong with my AA+? I have seen other users use these heaters for years, do I need to run them off of 1 DC port? Is my power supply garbage? (Even though I have tried another one, have no issues with no heaters, and its the same model power supply I use for my mount, and has been rock solid) I have no idea what could be causing this. I only have a DSLR, guide camera and mount plugged into my USB ports on the AA+. DSLR and mount both get their own separate power supplies, so can't be anything related to power spikes as there is only power from the AA+ to the heaters. I would really hate to have to run a separate powered USB hub just for my dew heaters, especially since the AA+ should be able to handle them, and then some, especially only at 40% and 20%. The app holds the designation for each heater and the percentage, so they aren't starting up right at 100% for both and overloading it causing a shut down...at least for when I plug them in after the AA+ successfully powers on. Please, any input is appreciated, I'm really hoping it isn't my AA+ itself.
