S50 - PC connection by USB impossible after firmware-update

After last firmware-update (could not control or stopp it) the connection via USB to PC (Windows 10 64bit) failed; device shown as "unknown USB storage", shoukld formate the storage.
Contact to ZWO service via website unsatisfying, full of loops at login with name/adress/email etc.; received no confirmation of my request.

BV26eEnx The reason for this problem may be that the files in Seestar are corrupted, please pass the files according to the link：https://h5.seestar.com/course/79218 method, make sure that all the files are saved and backed up, and then format the files according to the requirements (make sure that they are saved well, the files cannot be recovered after formatting)

First of all, you need to troubleshoot whether the USB cable can perform the transfer, and secondly, you need to make sure that the computer system is compatible.
Regarding the ip address, here are two ways to identify it:
1.Computer directly connect to Seestar WiFi, at this time the ip address is fixed, it is the ip address of Seestar, you can check it through the cell phone settings in WiFi (as Figure 1);

Through the Seestar bridge mode, it is the IP address assigned by the router, you can check it through the station mode. (As Figure 2)
You can check which way you are connecting, it's not the exact same IP address as the tutorial link, I hope my answer is helpful.

Sorry, not helpfull!
My PC has no WiFi, is connected by LAN cable; the S50 is operated with iPhone and S50-app.
I formated the S50 storage with the "unknown data format" via Windows data-manager with "exFAT", thenafter Windows detected the device, "My Works" folder applied, but empty. Sound-output "No volume"
I made 2 test-fotos under "Scenery" mode, but they were NOT stored in S50 storage, only on the iPhone, no sub-folder "Scenery" applied!
No WiFi connection visible although S50 is connected to iPhone:

I tried the suggested way under WiFi with my notebook, but unsuccessfull.

Is the datea format "exFAT" for S50 storage the right one? Or is that a massive damage? I claimed the problem to ZWO support, got an register nr. ZWO20241207664688-SZ, but no reply or answer yet.

Problem solved!!
I forgot, that you cannot use two connections between S50 (WLAN/Bluetooth or USB) simultaneous; that was my mistake.
But the first problem (unknown data formate "RAW" on S50 storage after firmware-update) has kept me so busy and I tried to connect the S50 to PC while WLAN was active to my iPhone; that doesnt work.
Connect the S50 to transfer pictures and viedos by USB without WLAN oder BT connection. If you start WLAN, the connection to PC vanishes
