Problem with zwo120mc 2.0 usb

I have problem my camera. ,how can I know the camera working or not?

I have had 9 months,got from highpoint scientific store.

Hello sam, I am now the owner of this exact camera. Received this camera today. I verified that the camera is not being picked up by the computer. It does not come up in Device Manager, tired on different computer as well as used a verified working usb a/b cable. Still the camera would not be detected.

Have you downloaded the drivers for your new camera, here is a link:

I think you install the drivers first, before connecting your camera. I don't have a ASI camera as yet, just been thinking about it and reading all the great posts on here.

Yes, I downloaded the correct drivers on every computer I tried it on. Still nothing. The camera is never detected. Seems like the camera is dead.

I would suggest you can exchange with a new one if you make sure it's dead
