There are hundreds of languages on Earth, so it's not convenient for them to use foreign languages. 🙂
No mandarin, hindi, arabic, bengali, portugese.... And more people speak these than russian.
You speak english very well, as we see. The others who don't, well, they should learn it. 🙂 English is one of the most simple from all. Beside my native language (which is not english) I speak good polish and a bit russian too. These two are faaaaar more difficult than english. 🙂
