ASI224MC Specs for SkyTools3

Trying to fill out this form in SkyTools 3 for my ASI224MC camera.

Some of the fields it is asking for are not shown in the camera specifications. Any help in filling out the required fields is appreciated.

I think the Pixel size (microns) is 3.75 x 3.75 but the rest I am unsure of.
