Erm, a ZWO E mount adaptor has been out for years. It's a dumb one though so any aperture adjustment, focus by wire adjustment has to be done with a Sony camera body first and isn't an ideal use scenario. Lenses with manual control are better to use for this type of setup.
You don't need any major size spacer rings (very thin ones do help with fine tuning the backfocus) because the lens adaptor only accepts cameras that have the male upstanding nose with an M42 thread (remove your 11mm thick black ring from the front of your astro camera 533/585/183/294 etc all the same design where front of camera distance when physically coupled to sensor is 6.5mm). With this ring removed the camera simply screws into the lens adaptor.
Use of filters is an issue due to the design of needing 18mm backfocus for E mount lenses, there's just no room to fit them. Where possible mount an m48/2 inch filter to the front of your camera lens.
For this sort of use it's better to use Canon EF lenses or vintage M42 ones as you can use the ZWO EOS lens adaptors which do allow you to screw/filter drawer in M48/2 inch filters.
