WLAN connection - No access

I have three ASIAIR+, and with one of them I have the problem that I can access the ASIAIR+ network normally with my tablet. The connection exists. But in the ASIAIR app I always get the message that I should connect, the selection where I can normally select the ASAIR+ is empty. How can this be, even though I am successfully connected to the ASIAIR+ in the WLAN? This only happens with this one ASIAIR, it does not happen with the other two models.

see the attachment. On the right top you can see, that the tablet is connected to the ASIAIR+, and also the message "Service Connected" appears. But it didnt find the ASIAIR.

And here another similar situation. Connected to the ASIAIR_DVe_C Network, but it didn't find the ASIAIR. This case is another ASIAIR+.
