New AM5n With Bad Ra Vibration

Just got a new Am5n and the Ra has a bad noise and vibration that causes bad guiding. I've tried all the suggested settings but I think its def from the dec vibration as the Ra when guiding goes wacky. My total error with go from .6 to 1.3 due the Ra going astray. I have good polar alignment and I've tried all the suggested settings in the forum - 1 sec exposures etc. with no luck.

1\ Try to increase both aggressions to 50%, 20% is not able to correct the deviations, you can tweak them as you see the corrections enough or not.
2\ Do your calibration near Dec=0
3\ Try to increase minmo to 0.2 till you know your mount well.

Sorry, using the ASiAir - what is item 3 above minmo to 0.2. Where is this setting ?
