S50 alt-az or EQ mode ?

Hello, I am a new user from Hong Kong. The S50 is an excellent product that allows us to capture DSO in the city surrounded by tall buildings at any time. However, in the S50 alt-az mode, phenomena such as "frame dropping", "star trails", and "90-degree freezing" occurred. I waited two hours but only got half an hour of stacked data. Is there an EQ mode in the next firmware to see if this pain can be avoided?

The possible causes of these issues could be environmental factors such as wind, ground vibrations, etc.
If the target you are photographing is close to the zenith, field rotation will be more pronounced, which may also lead to stacking failure.

Support@Seestar a shorter exposure time (5 Seconds) would solve the problem very fast before releasing EQ Mode.
