problem install ASI 120 MC with Windows 8.1

Hallo! I'm trying to install my cam on Windows 8.1, I disabled drivers signature enforcement; after installed the drivers and connected the ASI, when I try with the capture software, return this error:" ERROR during capture, error code=80040209.

I tried also to update the drivers but is impossible, error (Cod 10).

Into devices center the little icon of cam, has a little Yellow triangle ....

I'm sorry, but what can i do?

this is not a problem of window8

but some hardware compitable problem

you need to flash the firmware on a good PC which can run the camera

here is the trouble shooting document, you can follow the instruction to flash the firmware
