Hello All! New astrophotographer here trying to set up my rig. I have an Astrotech EDT 115, EAF, and ASI Pro with ASI camera. I've installed the EAF, and it is working the focuser, but I'm noticing that it is "skipping" or having an inconsistent degree of motion relative to the FAST/SLOW step speed I've selected. Almost as if it sticks a bit at times.
I did go through remedying the backlash, which I only found to be in the 60 or 70 step range.
I've adjusted the focuser screws to make sure that they are snug but not too tight. Not sure what else to check. Can add a video to demonstrate if that is helpful.
