errors on my display

When I am asking telescope to look at Jupiter, it displays SUN, but trcaks to Jupiter. Ok. It then takes ages to locate, Jupiter, and fails 50% of the time, even when brightly visible to my eye. Then takes picture which is not sharp. what is going wrong?

The long time it takes you to find your target may be due to the picture not being in focus or not enough stars in the sky to provide a reference;
The reason for the lack of clarity may be due to a failure of the autofocus, so please do it manually and adjust the exposure and gain manually.
The reason the label shows the sun is that your first goto target was the sun, but you didn't click goto when you wanted to observe Jupiter, but switched to observing directly, causing Seestar to think you were still shooting the sun.
