Last November my Seestar 50 (still under warranty) needed a repair. I took it to my dealer and he sent it in to the ZWO
service center in New Jersey. It still has not been fixed and returned. I'm in Canada, not far from New jersey. I have now been waiting more than TWO MONTHS.
About one month ago the service center told my dealer (after he phoned them to see what was going on) they had just done the repair. It never arrived. Then, a week ago, they again told him it would be on its way.
Still nothing.
This is ridiculous and after two months I'm just at my wits end. I just don't know what to do now , except just write it off. I would email the company president in China if I knew who that was or if he had an actual address.
ZWO make wonderful products but their support system is utterly hopeless.
Any suggestions wud be greatly appreciated.
If any ZWO executives with any authority read this forum, ... quick: make a phone call to these "support" guys in New Jersey. Do something. Do anything.
