New Planning Mode

I really like the new planning mode but was wondering if you have considered adding a feature that will "wake up" the Seestar at the start of the plan and shut it down when the plan is complete? Maybe that feature is there already but if it is I cant find it. I am getting my Seestar all setup on evening and then plugging in battery banks to last the plan duration. A "wake up" feature would be very useful for the early morning shoots.

MarkL This would be a great feature, but from my understanding the power button to startup the seestar is an actual mechanical button. Not to mention when the SS is shut off, it stops all plans from executing. I do agree a "sleep" mode would be nice so you could set the plan, it would "sleep" all day and only sip battery power, then wake up and start its planned imaging when the time starts.

Perhaps in a future firmware update.

As long as you are connected to the device, Seestar will automatically take photos at the scheduled time. You can check the shooting status by clicking on the list. During shooting, you can be offline. After the shooting is finished, if you want to continue, you can set a second shooting plan while creating the first one (but the times cannot overlap).

Once the shooting is complete, the S50's arm will return to its position, but the device will not shut down. (If you want the device to shut down, you can find the auto-shutdown option in the advanced features of the app after connecting the device.)
