Recently purchased AM5n. When slewing to object mount pops e3 "slew error" or e4 "unknown error" code and locks up. Mount will not respond until you tap joystick or arrow key on screen. Mount will then complete slew but object will not be in main ep and appears to be about 1.5 degree off in finder. Sometimes this happens with first slew when scope is aligned on Polaris. Other times it will happen after the second or third slew. The mount locks up and will not respond until you tap either the joystick or arrow key on screen. It does this no matter whether you are using Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or laptop. I do not have ASIAIR at this time. We have tried different control devices and still get same results. In other words, we have tried different laptops, tablets and cellphones with same results. ZWO customer service has been unresponsive. In other words, I have heard crickets and no response. On other forums nobody has ever seen e3 or e4 codes AM5ns

OTA balanced on wood dowel fully loaded and mark on mounting plate where balance point is.
Tripod and mount checked for any thing loose or moving.
10 Lbs weight in sling
I have used A/C power, Jackery 300, TalentCell lith. All produce same results. Power does not seem to issue.
Any ideas appreciated. Same results with club members who own and use AM3s and 5s
