I have always created a dark library with 0 degrees for the summer, and the same with -10 degrees for the winter. I would like to simplify this and am thinking about only cooling to zero degrees in the future. When I look at the data on dark current noise at the respective temperatures, the advantage of zero degrees to -10 degrees is relatively small. In practice, I don't notice any clear advantage either.
What are your experiences here?
