Hello, I recently purchased a new Seestar S50 and upon initial setup today, the seestar and app and it became stuck in an endless loop of updating, the seestar itself saying failure to update, then the app saying installing (this takes a few minutes), and then nothing. It goes right back to needing to install the firmware update. I've tried 2 different tablets, and my cell phone (all android devices). I've tried installing the app directly from the apk on your website. I've managed a few times (after failure, but not closing the app) to open the arm, but am unable to operate the seestar through the app beyond that. At this point, I then tried to do the update in station mode, but then it still goes back to the firmware failure loop. I've even disconnected the internal battery of the seestar itself, to no avail. At this point I'm concerned I received a defective unit, but am open to any additional troubleshooting beyond the 8 hours I attempted today.
