I see that a lot of people have their rotators. I ordered and paid for mine on Dec. 26, but my order still says “processing.” I’ve reached out to ZWO several times, but no response. Have any orders after Dec. 26 been shipped?

Same problem. Several messages sent to support and no response since 12/27/2024. No serious......... Is ZWO bankrupt!!
The CAA is back ordered on B&H until “end of March 2025.” I wonder if that is an indication of how long we will be waiting? Wish I would have waited and just bought it from Agena when they were in stock. Now, I’ve paid with no indication of when it will be shipped.
According to AgenaAstro, demand far exceeded expectation and they sold out in the first hour of the 26th. I was 2.5 hours late with my order and don't expect shipment until mid-March (per latest info).

Same here. I ordered mine directly from ZWO on Dec 27 and multiple e-mails to support have been unanswered. Is it really too much to expect a canned email response that demand exceeds supply and that the order is in the cue?
