ASIAIRPlus Internet Connection Issue

I purchased an ASIAIR Plus in late-November. It worked well until last week. Last week it began dropping its internet connection with my iPad. It will stay connected to the iPad all day if nothing is plugged into it. Typically, the internet connection is dropped when I'm doing a polar alignment of the telescope. I'm running separate power cords to the ASIAIR Plus and to my AM5N mount. I've tried running the ASIAIR Plus and AM5N mount on different 12 volt batteries, and the ASIAIR Plus still disconnects. My iPad is new and I plug it into a separate battery when I'm running the telescope in the field. My setup includes a ZWO EAF, ZWO 2600MC Pro, and ZWO 174 Mini Guide Camera. The AM5N Mount is plugged into the ASIAIR Plus for guiding. Is there an easy fix for this problem or did I simply get a defective ASIAIR Plus?

62i30nL1 Hello. Are you connected directly to ASIAIR's wifi or using station mode? If you are connected directly to ASIAIR's wifi, we recommend that you switch the frequency to 5G.

I did some work with my telescope equipment on February 6, 2025. After struggling with my ZWO ASIAir Plus not maintaining an internet connection in the 5g frequency for ninety (90) minutes, I switched it to 2.7g. While running on 2.7g, I experienced no disconnect problems. My ASIAIR Plus ran continuously for over five hours.

The location I was using is in a State Park in Arizona. It seems that the 5g frequency is not working properly in my ASIAIR Plus.

I've been connected directly to ASIAIR wifi and I've been using the 5G frequency. I've never used station mode and never used my ASIAIR in anything other than 5G.
