Information gathering....when you start the S50 can another device (such as a laptop) see the its Wifi network? I could connect via wifi from my laptop (password is 12345678). If so, then the issue is more than likely on the iPhone/Seestar app. If not, then the issue would appear to be on the S50 itself.
Also, verify that the Seestar app has appropriate access to Location,Photos, Bluetooth, and Local Network. On iOS , Settings->Apps->Seestar. The SS app itself set his for you when first started but perhaps something has "unset" something.
Another alternative is to delete the Seestar app from your phone, reinstall. Or clear the Seestar app cache and retry (Settings->Clear Cache)....
