Connection issues from ASIAIR to CG-5

Hey guys, I’ve had some issues lately connecting my ASI2600MC AIR to my CG-5 Advanced go to mount. I have all updated firmware, I’ve tried numerous power sources, the ASIAIR seems to connect to it fine but it doesn’t register the correct position of the mount, movement is delayed, and each time I connect it to my hand controller my hand controller reads No response 16 and 17, despite it working FINE before. Please help. Thanks!

Okay, new note, if I connect the power to my mount directly from my ASIAIR, it actually stays connected. Now, only thing is, sometimes when I ask it to perform a go to, motor refuses to move

ScottCAstro Hello. What software version are you using? If your ASIAIR is not turned off after the problem occurs, please send us the error log. Thank you.
