AM5N Power Issue

New AM5n delivered the other day. Ive tried 3 different 12v power supplies all of which will pass through power to the ASI AIR + that is connected but cant get any lights or idea that the AM5 is actually alive inside. Both Power through the main plate and the pass through on the dovetail plate power the Air+. No lights on the status or BT are lighting up. Hand controller shows nothing no wifi as per the HC sticker. No USB connection to a PC or the Air+.

Pretty sure ive gotten a dud but wanted to try any fix that someone might know.

Hello - Did you get an answer or figure it out? I am just now setting up my new AM5N for the first time and I also have no power. I know the power supply is good because it is powering up my ASIAIR+ without a problem. This is very upsetting.

Since neither of you mentioned it....but did you press the power button?

Hi，I apologize for the poor user experience. If the device is unable to support power supply, please check the following items: 1. Ensure that the power supply side can provide at least 12V5A. 2. Make sure that the power switches for both AM5N and ASIAIR are manually turned on. 3. If ASIAIR powers on normally, please check if the power output function on the ASIAIR page is working properly. 4. If the issue still cannot be resolved, please contact your agent or ZWO after-sales personnel for further assistance.
