Power Ports on ASAIR Dead

Newly acquired ASAIR and 2600 MCDuo (January 2025)
Power Sources: Deep Cycle Marine 12V Pb/acid battery, fully charged and 12V 3A AC adapter
Symptoms:
Camera does not power-up when plugged into ASAIR Plus. It is not recognized by ASAIR App
Camera does power up when plugged directly into 12V Marine battery. and is recognized by ASAIR Phone App.
Camera does power up when plugged into 12V 3A AC adapter and is recognized by ASAIR Phone App.
ASAIR App does recognize my CGX-L mount, but only when mount is connected to external power.
After the ASAIR Plus boots I detect no power from any of the power ports using a Digital Voltmeter.
Can this be fixed or is the controller dead?

OK. I figured out the problem on my own. In case there are other knucklehead first time users like myself out there like myself, here it is:
THE POWER OUT PORTS ARE SET BY DEFAULT TO BE POWERED OFF
Simple, stupid, non-intuitive and not covered in the tiny little instruction sheet which accompanied my ASAIR Plus.
It is necessary to wade through the menus (in my case Android) app that you use to control this micro PC to find the sub menu that turns the power on.
