ASIair mini cannot detect Sony A6500

I am the new user, and follow all the instructions, but it shows "none" in apps camera list by connecting Sony A6500 with micro-usb cable. Any thing that I can do? Or any advice? Thanks.

Please check the following settings to ensure the ASIAIR can control your DSLR successfully.

Image Quality : choose only Raw
Shutter: Bulb Mode
Turn on Release w/o lens setting
Set AF in Manual Mode
Set USB Mode to Pc Remote
Plug in your multi or type C cable
Open your Asiair App and choose your camera in the Main Camera tab
