I am getting frustrated with the EAF not being recognised; I have tried multiple cables and power sources but no success. I can’t even update the firmware as this does not recognise it either. Help please £
6w30T2Jx Have you try a computer with different USB ports and cables? If it does not work, may need to ship back for repair.
