Sorry for the inconvenience, what problem did you encounter? Can you provide a screenshot?
You can try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Do not upload images larger than 30M, and do not change the image format when uploading.
I am using asiair 2.1.2 version, could it be the problem?
when i click on "+" to upload the image i go to select the photo i check to upload and nothing happens. this happens on another smartphone and on a tablet.

Assuming you have logged in to the app…ie your name is on the top?
