I got my AM5 mount in Oct. of 2023. It came with firmware version 1.1.2. I used it with no problems along with N.I.N.A. and PHD2. About 4 weeks ago I stupidly installed firmware 1.6.3. Ever since that update, the mount has trouble when I use the NINA framing asst. to command a slew to an RA and Dec. position. The first slew command always works. When I do the second one, the mount does not move. NINA is unaware that it hasn't moved, thinks it has finished and tried to do a plate solution. I can make it work again by commanding a "Home" to the mount, but I have to do that using the hand controller. Clicking on "Home" in the ASCOM mount control app for the AM5 does not do anything. Subsequent commands to a position may or may not work. When it fails to slew again, the only way to make it work is to home the mount, usually by using the hand controller. How can I re-install the 1.1.2 version of firmware, which worked? I emailed a query to ZWO support, but still have not heard back from them.
