Not able to pan images

When I zoom images… they zoom from the centre. Unfortunately the perimeter moves out of the visible area. This is on an iPad. There doesn’t seem to be a way to pan an image.

AstroImg@ZWO yes. When I expand/zoom the image by separating with two fingers on iPhone and or iPad it zooms out from centre of image but don’t seem to be able to pan around with one finger moving

Perhaps I am trying to do it incorrectly. Can you confirm you can pan the image on an iPad. If you can then that’s good enough to know it must be my lack of ability to pan properly. However I do pan I,ages in other apps all the time with no challenges … thanks

Just to add this issue occurs on my iPhone 13 mini as well. iOS 18.3.1

Hello Support… would you happen to know if this issue will be resolved and how long before fixed. For the most part ZWO promotes its users to view and like each others images however at the same time the interface does not allow us to look at enough detail and area of the images since panning does not work. It really is quite frustrating. Thank you for any attention to this matter.

Glabella I'm really sorry, I understand, you can't do this in the Seestar App, we have a fix for the AstroImg App and we will start this work immediately.

AstroImg@ZWO however it is the SEESTAR App that I spend all of my time in and enjoy the interface over the Astroimg app. Can’t understand why zwo software engineers can’t just fix the inability to zoom and PAN for those who don’t want to use yet another app.
