It is normal for the WLAN list to show that the network cannot be accessed. This happens because Seestar’s WiFi is only used for data transmission between your device and Seestar—it does not provide Internet access. However, this does not affect your ability to control Seestar.
If you want to stay connected to the Internet while using Seestar’s WiFi, you have two options:
- Use mobile data – Enable mobile data or cellular network on your phone.
- Use Station Mode – If you're at home, you can bridge Seestar’s WiFi to your home network using Station Mode in the Seestar app. Once successfully connected, you can control Seestar while staying connected to the Internet.
