ASCOM driver install failure

I am trying to use PHD and 120MC-S to perform PEC for my AVX mount.

I followed ZWO instruction to pick ZWO camera from PHD, it picked the camera but the camera icon was not highlighted, I then tried to add the scope, it said ASCOM driver not installed.

When I tried to install the ASCOM driver from ZWO site, it said install failure (ASCOM driverhelper fail to load...).

What should I do next? Thanks!

I did install Ascom driver from Ascom site instead of ZWO site.

PEC using PHD worked, but did little to extend exposure time without star trail. My exposure time is about 30 sec without star trail using PEC and unguided. Is this about right?

PEC? you need keep your mount balance at first then start guiding

Good point about balance the scope. During my first session I spent 4 hours trying to find out why the stars kept drifting in one direction. After I decided to give up and wrap things up, while dissembling I noticed I forgot to balance the scope. Did the balance and the session went on just fine.

Anyway tonight I redid polar alignment and PEC using PHD and was able to do unguided exposure for up to 150 secs without star trail.

Unfortunately, the 120mc will not be very useful as a guide camera. PHD would only work with it with a few brightest stars.
