I have a Astro setup but I just can’t get the sync/align/goto working properly. I’ve taken a few videos of the issue I’m having - could someone please help? https://youtube.com/shorts/eUTH9uDHLkU?si=S92AfyXDRE--YSVg
Help what am doing wrong
Have you sync'd your GPS coordinates from your iPad?

Before you turn on the ASIAIR - make sure your mount is setup in the correct physical Home position (counterweights down) with the N mark on your tripod/mount pointing towards True North/South (not Magnetic North/South).
Since you are using a Celestron AVX Mount - there will be a start up procedure you need to follow. There have been a couple of ways this has been done based on the chipset in the mount/hand controller and it is worthwhile searching through these forums, YouTube, and the Facebook Groups:
Search results for AVIX in Official ZWO Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1105942639568958/search?q=avx&filters=eyJycF9jaHJvbm9fc29ydDowIjoie1wibmFtZVwiOlwiY2hyb25vc29ydFwiLFwiYXJnc1wiOlwiXCJ9In0%3D
Search results for AVX in ASIAIR Pro/Plus/Mini Users Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1892753927536546/search?q=avx&filters=eyJycF9jaHJvbm9fc29ydDowIjoie1wibmFtZVwiOlwiY2hyb25vc29ydFwiLFwiYXJnc1wiOlwiXCJ9In0%3D
When you turn on your ASIAIR and connect to it with your iPad - double check the location details (Lat and Long) - and make sure they are correct. I'm not sure here but I think the ASIAIR grabs the location info from the hand controller of the AVX mount (I could very well be wrong, though).
Once you are past the initial screen, go to Mount Settings, and check the Mount Info and Location Info. Are they correct?
Let us know how you go.
