No connection between IOptron CEM40 new and ZWO ASIAir Pro

I cannot establish a connection between ZWO ASIAir Pro and IOptron CEM 40 (new). I keep getting an error message “Connection failed”. All the "solutions" suggested in forums were unsuccessful. Neither connecting to a hub nor other suggestions in forums.

b50uST2r Hello. Have you downloaded the v2.3.1 public beta and tried it? We have not reproduced this problem, and we have the following suggestions:

Try another USB port on the Pro
Change a connection cable
If none of the above can solve your problem, please upload the log to us after the problem occurs, and we will find the cause based on the log. Thank you

I tried the suggestions:
Changed the USB port, no success
Changed the cable, no success
Log file sent via the Asiair app

I use the mount's USB hub 2.0 as a mount drive, see photo. also installed the latest beta version 2.3.1.
