I cannot save images that have been modified with the Annotate feature in my Images Management section of my ASIAIR app. This problem exists for both JPEG and FITS files. The Annotate feature works just fine onscreen. However, saved images lack the green graphics and text.
I have an ASIAIR Plus 256G and I have tried v2.3 and the Beta software v2.31(11.71). The firmware in the ASIAIR has been updated and I am wondering. Do others save annotated images without issues? I am aware that there were problems with this feature in the past, but I thought that they had been corrected about a year ago.
