NO GPS Problem with geographical coordinates entered manually

Hi All

I have a problem when working in a zone where the Internet and GPS signal obtained by the iPad are not Available. The seestar app can manually enter the coordinates, but it admits the number of coordinates but when changing from North to South, for the southern hemisphere, it does not recognize the entry. See attached video. Any ideas on how to resolve the issue. ZWO support has not replied to me yet

Please check the following:

Check coordinate format: Ensure the coordinates you entered are in the correct format. For example, when entering the latitude for the Southern Hemisphere, remember to add a negative sign before the number (e.g., -30.0°, not 30.0°S). Without the negative sign, the app may not recognize the coordinates for the Southern Hemisphere.
Try restarting the app and the iPad.
Check for software updates: Make sure your Seestar app and device firmware are up to date.
Use manual settings or calibration: If possible, manually adjust the Seestar's position to match your actual location instead of relying on GPS.
