This may be caused by the Seestar S50 automatically re-centering the target during the time-lapse shooting. To reduce or eliminate this issue, you can try the following methods:
Use EQ Mode: If you are using the equatorial mode (EQ mode), it can help stabilize the target and reduce the need for re-centering. (We will release this feature soon.)
Adjust the interval: If the interval time is too short, Seestar may frequently adjust its position. Try setting a longer interval to reduce the frequency of re-centering.
Check focus and horizontal sensor: Make sure the focus is accurate, and the horizontal sensor is calibrated to ensure the device remains stable during the shooting process.
Avoid excessive adjustments: Try not to manually adjust Seestar's direction during the shooting process, especially once the target is locked in.
By following these steps, you should be able to reduce the screen jumps.
