It could be that Seestar has an incorrect perception of the horizontal position:
You can click on "Horizontal Sensor Calibration" in the app to calibrate the initial horizontal position. However, make sure to remove Seestar from the tripod first and place it on a relatively level surface (such as a table or the floor—the flatter, the better).

After reinstalling the tripod, if there is still a horizontal deviation, adjust the tripod position instead of recalibrating the horizontal sensor, as doing so would overwrite the correct values.
