If Seestar asks to format after connecting to the computer, this may be due to some system file corruption or your computer permission settings.
First change the USB cable, if that doesn't work you can first connect via WiFi and copy the files stored in Seestar, here is the tutorial. https://h5.seestar.com/course/79218
After that you can choose to format the files, (please make sure you have copied the files, otherwise they cannot be restored) and then connect with the USB cable.
Please note: if formatting on the computer, the file format must be exFAT.
