That’s a great suggestion! Currently, Seestar's app is designed to work with cataloged objects in SkyAtlas, but it would be very useful to have a feature that allows users to save custom coordinates for later imaging sessions.
Possible Workarounds for Now:
Manually Note the Coordinates
When you find a location not in SkyAtlas, check and write down the RA (Right Ascension) and Dec (Declination) displayed in the app.
You can then manually input these coordinates in the "GoTo" function later.
Use a Known Nearby Object
If your target is close to a known object, you can use it as a reference, center the view, and slightly adjust manually.
