I assumed that I could bolt the OAG to the EFW and bolt the camera on and this would work. It seems that the Guide camera needs another 14mm between the EFW and OAG. Is this correct? I could not find any information that would show me what the distance is between the surface where the ASI174 seats in the OAG and the top of the mirror or center of the mirror. The mirror needed to be at the top of travel to not shadow the ASI461 with a F7 system. So my first question is what is the correct distance from the OAG camera side interface to the ASI461 focal plane to place the guide focuser in the center?
My configuration has 85mm of backfocus so I have an adapter to the flattener, a Falcon 2 rotator, and a 11 mm M68 spacer, the tilt adapter, OAG,EFW,ASI461. I am thinking I need to move the 11 mm of available backfocus taken up by the spacer to be just in front of the EFW. I have a problem with the moving threaded spacer because it is needed to prevent the falcon from colliding with the guide. So my second question is can the OAG be disassembled, i.e. remove the guide camera assembly, so the rotator and OAG can be screwed together, and then the guide camera assembly re-attached?
Thanks
