Any idea of when we can preorder the ZWO wedge for the S50? Can it be used with the original tripod? Thanks for this fantastic new feature.

Yes, we will sell this Tripod head later, but we need to see how many users need it.

Is the wedge in the tutorial what ZWO would be intending on supplying? Or can you tell us what that one is? The tutorial video wedge looks great and much preferable to the Skywatcher ones people seem to be buying. If you are holding out releasing a ZWO wedge to see how many people need one, I don’t have a wedge currently, so I was going to find a temporary workaround with a ball mount tripod head until ZWO releases their own wedge. But if that’s only a possibility, I need to get something proper sorted so would then end up not needing to buy one from ZWO… so a bit of a Catch22 for everyone there! If you fancy selling me a ‘beta’ wedge that’d solve MY issue of course! 😉
