Connect your PC via WiFi directly to the asiairs WiFi, not sure if it works in station mode but for the purposes of troubleshooting keep it simple, connect directly to the unit itself, not via your router (though that should work).
If you can't see the unit it's likely the WiFi isn't connected to it, the pro has incredibly poor WiFi broadcast range due to the metal casing and no external antenna, even standing right next to it with my phone on top of it it sometimes couldn't connect.
Another way to connect to the unit is via the ethernet port with a straight through ethernet cable connected to your computers network card/port, you'd need to find the IP address of your asiair once connected to your computer via this method, as then you input this IP address into your file browser as per the instructions you pasted above.
