I am having the same issue with my Samsung Ultra 24 as well as my Galaxy Tab S10+ .
I had no issues with the update process and was able to use the new EQ mode as well.
This evening I tried to start the app and it shut down right after it acquired my location information.
I have un-installed and reinstalled app several times, with variations of rebooting devices after installation.
I have reset the network on the Seestar as well.
I have tried starting the app with the Seestar turned on and off.
All attempts have failed.
*** NOTE ***
What I tried and had different results. Must be completed in this sequence.
- Leave application closed.
- Turn on Seestar and waited for it to announce that it was powered on and "ready to connect".
- Join the Seestar Wifi in my wifi settings.
- Open the app.
- The application automatically connects to see star.
The application remains open and allows for most control functions. I did not try to do my functions other than maneuvering through the application and shuting down Seestar.
This did not solve the problem though.
