Can any kind person help with this problem,both my s30 and s50 have the same problem. The app repeatedly asks for location,all permissions are on . When I select a target the app freezes . The only way I can refresh the page is close the app , reopen the app and of course my target is lost . Absolutely frustrating making my S30 and S50 at the moment useless.
I have reinstalled the app twice 🤔🤔
Leedsfankev Please use mobile data or cellular network, if at home you can use station mode to connect to your home network. Then restart the device and try.
Problems returning last night. Everything worked fine until latest software update.
My phone works fine , Google pixel 9 pro . Is there a bug in the system as I've noticed a few on here have this problem.
Leedsfankev I tried it myself and it really is because there is no Internet, so you need to connect to the Internet.
Please connect to Seestar and log in to the Seestar App with your email, then submit the log according to this tutorial https://h5.seestar.com/course/79221 and remember to check "Add log".
🤔 I have had the S50 over 12 months without any issues.
It works fine for over 1 hour then randomly the issue starts and you say I must connect to the internet.
So why is it dropping from the internet randomly.
