Hi ZWO Team!

Further to a post from support@Seestar, on Smart Telescope Underworld that you will be launching later these two models and mentioning a probable (but not binding) launch date within this year, maybe it's a good time to have a topic on what users would like to see. So, I will start with my wishlist:

• Cooled sensor to reduce noise even further.

• Use of a chip which has smallest pixels possible, to aid with the relatively low focal length of both instruments in terms of resolution, and as wide as possible.

• A slider in AI enhancement to choose a % of enhancement (sometimes it is a bit too much of an enhancement).

• Consider working with Simulation Curriculum to improve the SkyAtlas functionality. SkySafari is the defacto leader in terms of available apps out there for amateur astronomers.

Please make the app to work on Chromebooks and Windows. For example, there is a 14" Asus Chromebook at $162 on Amazon, and consider that some users may prefer to use something other than a tablet. Same goes for ASIAir of course.

• Consider a range of accessories for the users like:

• WiFi extender - something to plug into the base of the Seestar to add more range.

• EQ Wedge (you botched this one as ZWO should have made one and sold it as soon as it was made public that EQ mode would be released at some point, but it is still a product worth considering if you beat the competition, cheapest option being the SW EQ wedge).

• ZWO series of accessories for both S30 and S50 like:

  • Bahtinov masks
  • Filter holders
  • Dew Shields
  • Spike masks
  • etc, etc

I sold my Seestar 50 as I prefer the Seestar S30, and which I use and love. Many of us for a variety of reasons prefer to use the Seestars, either as complementary devices or primary devices for EAA / AP / Solar / Lunar etc. We WANT these products to do well in the marker, so we users would like to be part of the design process if you are open to it!

Just some thoughts, and I am sure others will chime in with more requests.
