From what you have said in other posts, it appears you are trying to do a calibration of a light file with a dark, bias, and possibly flat file using ASIFitsView. I am not sure why you are using that except to see how a particular light file looks calibrated. Normally you would want to use ASIDeepStack with a number of lights plus a series of calibration files or master calibration files to see the results of a particular imaging session.
Someone else had an issue with calibration on ASIFitsView. Apparently all the ASIStudio programs create an .ini file holding things such as what folder you are reading files from. It actually lists the files you are using for the process. Here is what it looks like.

It is possible that this file is messed up. To reset it follow this:
If you right-click on the light image you are using, select "Caliibration Setting", and then select "Clear". See if that resolves the issue. If that does not work, you might need to delete the file altogether. I will tell you where it is if the clear does not work.
