Well, you use the Seestar's Wifi network to connect your phone to the Seestar drive and then copy fron the Seestar Drive to a cloud drive on your phone assuming you have cellular network. I've tried this with my iPhone but found it too frustrating from the iPhone perspective.
Otherwise the Seestar device would require a cellular chip and then a cellular account with data transmission costs.
