I have finally received my CAA, and I have one big feature request: I would really like to see it with an M42 adapter plate, or at least such plate being sold as an accessory.
The CAA is 16.5mm thick, which makes it perfect for substituting the 16.5 mm adapter. However, the 21 mm adapter that comes with ZWO cameras has an M42 thread, not M48. Same issue with the 5 * 1.25" filter wheel - it also has an M42 thread. While for my ASI533MC I ended up using the 16.5 mm with a 3rd party 5 mm M48 adapter, I cannot connect my ASI533MM. :-(
I hope ZWO considers providing such M42 adapter plate. Thanks!
