Hi, I've been using the AM5 for astrophotography for over two years without any problems, with amazing tracking performance.
I recently needed to use it visually. I took the opportunity to update it. The controller was updated to 2.6, and the mount to 1.6.3. The operation went well.
Now for my oddity: I installed an Intes M603, an eyepiece, and connected the Sky Atlas app to the mount's Wi-Fi.
When I use slow shutter speeds with the handheld controller, the movement of the joystick on the right reverses when I previously pushed it up or down.
As soon as I use the joystick to the right or left again, the correct movement of the right button is restored.
No problems with fast shutter speeds (red light on).
I don't think I experienced this rather annoying visual quirk with the old firmware. But I'm not sure because I rarely used the mount for visual purposes.
Sincerely, Vincent
