Ticket BT20250411805301S opened for the issue where the Seestar app shows "Close Arm" when the arm is already closed. It should show "Open Arm". I'm unclear what changed to force this issue. Logs uploaded.
If you're on Android. Go to your system app settings and force close the Seestar app and then open it again. Always fixes it for me. One of my few gripes about the Seestar is that their app is garbage...I have to force close it frequently.
iOS. Response to ticket is that this will be fixed in 2.5
